  • Leigh Ann R., M.Ed. is a Certified Professional Facilitator with 15+ years in training and facilitation. She has experience working in both corporate and government settings, as well as with small business owners. She offers a wide range of services and products - from workshops to DISC assessments to instructional design work. Leigh Ann is also authorized by Team Coaching International to administer the Team Diagnostic instrument and team coaching.

    Clients include: Chick-fil-A Inc., Kellogg Inc., Center for Disease Control (CDC), Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement (GLISI), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and Carolinas Healthcare.

    Leigh Ann's background as a Human Resources Trainer & Manager for a regional bank combined with her adventures as a business owner give her a rich platform to pull from when working with business leaders. Leigh Ann holds a BS in Psychology with a Business Minor from Presbyterian College and a Masters in Education from the University of Georgia. Leigh Ann worked at SunTrust Bank as a Training Officer where she developed and facilitated a multitude of management and communications training classes, including the development of a "Management University." Leigh Ann has served on the Board of the Southeastern Association of Facilitators (SEAF) for three years, and has received the President's Award for her contribution.
